Product Introduction
Using chitosan as drug carrier can stabilize drug components,
promote drug absorption, delay or control the dissolution rate of
drugs, help drugs reach target organs, resist acid and ulcer, and
prevent the stimulation of drugs to the stomach.
Chitosan can be used to prepare microspheres, which have good
adhesion and are more suitable for oral, nasal, gastrointestinal
mucosa administration. The surface of chitosan microspheres is rich
in polysaccharide chains, which can be recognized by specific cells
or tissues, and can be targeted to deliver drugs to the lesion
sites for storage and release. The surface of the chitosan
microsphere can be connected with functional groups, and it can
flexibly load different drugs by means of adsorption or
encapsulation. The drug release of chitosan drug-loaded
microspheres is related to the molecular weight of chitosan, and
the release rate of general drugs decreases with the increase of
molecular weight of chitosan, and the higher the concentration of
chitosan, the lower the rate of drug diffusion from chitosan into
biological media.
The product is non-toxic,odorless,off-white or slightly yellow
powder,and soluble in acid,insoluble in water and base normal
organic solutions.Dissolved in 185℃.
